Welcome to the Enterprise Canada Network: facilitating trade, investment, and innovation between Canada and the European Union
The EU Chamber of Commerce in Canada West (EUCCCW) together with German-Canadian Centre for Innovation and Research (GCCIR) has recently formed a consortium with a goal of facilitating trade, investment, and innovation between Canada and the European Union.
Today we are excited to announce that this new consortium that we have called Enterprise Canada Network has now been officially approved by European Commission’s Executive Agency for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) to become a new Business Cooperation Centre in Canada for the Enterprise Europe Network.
The Enterprise Europe Network is the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) helping businesses innovate and grow on an international scale. The Network is active in more than 60 countries worldwide. It brings together 3,000 experts from more than 600 member organisations. The new Enterprise Canada Network will offer access to market intelligence, partnering opportunities, and innovation support for EU SMEs looking to do business in Canada, and vice versa for Canadian SMEs looking to expand in the European Union.
