The European Green Deal A Trillion Dollar Circular Economy Opportunity
| GLOBE 2020 The European Green Deal A Transformative Step Towards A Sustainable Economy The EU Delegation to Canada with the support of the EU Chamber of Commerce in Canada West and the EU Member States Consulates organized a Panel Discussion on “The European Green Deal – A Trillion Dollar Circular Economy Opportunity” at GLOBE 2020. This session provided an overview of the Green Deal and the opportunity presented by carbon neutrality. Panelists from five European companies/organizations shared their personal and professional commitment to tackle climate change while fostering growth, innovation, and competitiveness both in Europe and in Canada. The goal of this event was to find new ideas, connections and inspiration on Climate Crisis, Sustainability as Strategy, Energy Transformation, Circular Economy, and Mobilizing Capital. Congratulations for the success of such event, we were really excited to meet and connect with such a large and varied European delegation in Vancouver. |
